It was a pleasure to share practical examples of how to assess and align culture, governance guardrails, and AI fluency while anchoring everything to an organization’s mission to actually improve patient outcomes. I also appreciated the thoughtful questions from CHROs/CPOs as we discussed real challenges, share lessons learned, and discussed the mindset shifts required to adopt AI responsibly and at scale. It was energizing to connect with colleagues who are ready to take meaningful action, inspire their organizations, and lead what’s possible in this next era of work.
