I’m Speaking at DisruptHR San Francisco — and I Can’t Wait to Disrupt with You
March 4, 2026 | Downtown San Francisco
The future of work isn’t coming. It’s already here — and it’s asking us to lead differently.
That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be taking the stage as a Featured Speaker at DisruptHR San Francisco on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 (3–7pm, Downtown SF). This is one of my favorite kinds of events: bold thinkers, short talks, zero fluff — just real ideas that challenge the way we think about people, culture, and leadership.
What Is DisruptHR?
If you haven’t been to a DisruptHR event before, you’re in for something different. The format is intentionally electric: each speaker gets 5 minutes and 20 slides — and those slides auto-advance every 15 seconds whether you’re ready or not. There’s no hiding behind long presentations or safe talking points. You have to know your idea, believe it, and deliver it.
This year’s theme is “Purposeful Innovation” — and it couldn’t be more timely.
DisruptHR SF brings together HR leaders, culture champions, executives, talent professionals, entrepreneurs, and change agents who are shaping the future of work. Beyond the main talks, the event features intimate breakout dialogues with Bay Area thought leaders, a Spotlight Authors Corner, and dedicated time to connect with kindred spirits in the world’s innovation capital.
Why This Matters to Me
As a Chief People Officer, AI Implementation Advisor, HR Executive Leader, Nonprofit Board Director, and Leadership Cadence Facilitator & Coach, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of people strategy and organizational transformation. And right now, that intersection has never been more complex — or more exciting.
AI is reshaping every function in the enterprise, and HR is no exception. Leaders are being asked to do more with less, to build cultures of belonging while navigating rapid change, and to stay deeply human while integrating powerful new tools. The organizations that will thrive are those that can hold both: purposeful innovation and genuine connection.
That’s the conversation I want to have on March 4th.
